The younger brother of the Jonas Brothers band has partnered with Bayer Diabetes Care to offer "Dog Tags" or identification tags as a symbol of support for people with diabetes. The promotion is part of the national diabetes month in November.
The identification tags feature "A Little Bit Longer," the song that Nick wrote about his diabetes.
The proceeds from the sale of these personalized tags will go to the Jonas Brothers' "Change for the Children Foundation." The limited edition tags are available through nickssimplewins.
The "Dog Tags" were designed by Nick Jonas for anyone who wants to show their support for diabetes. There are two versions available, one for those who want to identify themselves with diabetes, and another for those who simply want to wear a similar necklace like Nick's.
